  1. Hi Mary Ann –

While non-fiction writing will always hold a special place in my heart, fiction is fast becoming the love of my writing life.

And, of course, don’t forget blogging. What a blast!

  2. Sometimes what we love to read is exactly when we need to be writing.

I fought writing fantasy for a long time, even though I love reading it. I didn’t think I could handle it … but I got an idea and started to write. My writing partner said, wow, you just found your voice! Now, I’m working on YA fantasy because that’s what comes out of me and I do love it and it is a joy. Not always easy, but all the same, I know I found my niche!!

    • Interesting, Pam, that you fought writing fantasy for a long time. As you said, what we like to read is usually what we should be writing.

      Thanks for your post.:)
