A believer believes.

If you are a follower of Jesus Christ, your nature is to believe. If you do not believe something that God has said in His Word, you are not in alignment with your true, regenerated nature. 

If you are not in alignment with your true, regenerated nature, you will not receive the manifestation of the promises God has made to you in His Word.

To receive, you must first believe.
