“I must confess I was not certain just what to expect but assured myself that, by relaxing and leaving it up to you as the ship’s captain, the course of our conversation would bring positive results. “The stresses of an empty nest, caring for my father in the final stages of cancer, dealing with the estate paper work, and working full time as an elementary school assistant principal left me with little time or energy to devote to my goal of becoming an established writer. Mary Ann helped me balance my responsibilities and my personal priorities. She never ‘told’ me what I should do, but helped me to discover what I was allowing to keep me from my goals. Her gentle questions allowed me to see my situation in the light of truth and helped me define ad choose to take actions to move closer to my goals each week. Mary Ann is an encourager who sincerely cares about each of her clients. I was most impressed that she began and ended each session with prayer.” – Vie Herlocker (Leesburg, Virginia)

‘When I initially contacted Dr. Diorio about coaching, I thought I probably would not use her because her credentials were so outstanding that I felt she would be unapproachable or too sophisticated for my style. I couldn’t have been more wrong. From the moment we began talking, I sensed her keen insight and sensitivity to me and to the Holy Spirit. what a marvelous coaching relationship this has been! Hand in hand with Holy Spirit and Mary Ann, I have marched forward into dreams that I have long held, but couldn’t quite capture and bring to fruition. Some thought patterns that have held me back for many years have been dissolved, and directions that I have long desired to take have gained clarity like I never expected. I had worked with a coach several years before but had no idea that the coaching process could be this enlightening and enriching. I cannot adequately express the joy that I am feeling as I move forward in my mission. Mary Ann has become much more than a coach; she is a dear friend on the other side of the continent!” – Marlee Huber (Everett, Washington)

“I had dreams with no direction, no perseverance, no commitment. That has changed after many years, in a very short time. I have been working with Mary Ann . . . for the past eight weeks . . . . I cannot tell you how much it has changed my life, attitude, and interest. I have more directed enthusiasm, focus, control of my time, knowledge of what is important to me, and a real understanding of my place with Jesus and His Father; knowing how much He loves me. I have found a calmness of spirit that I have been searching for a lot of years. I am finally on a path where I feel comfortable with me and that has been a long time coming. I have a lot of work to do, but a whole new ‘Jim” has been revealed to me and, with God’s help, I hope to make him who he has always dreamed of being.” – Jim Connelly (Avalon, New Jersey)

“From my first conversation with MaryAnn, the ‘free consultation,’ I KNEW she could help me. I was stuck in a rut of indecision, sporadic motivation and lack of direction. Although I sincerely wanted to improve my life, I was not able to ‘get my car out of park,’ as she so lovingly observed! Each session included prayer, thought-provoking questions, and specific assignments that led me to discover (or re-discover) who I am and where I am going at this season of life. The key concepts have become valuable tools that I return to often. MaryAnn is a coach, not a miracle worker. She gave me the equipment, the approach and the encouragement I needed to work my way out of the rut and back into a fulfilling life. Practical skills for practical life is what life coaching with MaryAnn is all about.” – Kim Bunton (Rock Port, Missouri)
